Ranveer’s cooking career started at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Delhi, which is part of the Taj Group of Hotels. Ranveer Brar opened three restaurants in Goa in 2001: Morisco (seafood), Il Camino (Italian), and Fishtail (barbecue).
